Moor Mud Treatment (70 minutes) $100
For centuries, Moor Mud has been
used in European spas for its natural preventative and curative properties.
Modern research has shown this mud to be a unique combination of beneficial
organic substances including plant phyto-hormones, minerals, trace elements,
amino acids, enzymes and natural antibiotics. Our Moor Mud comes exclusively from a remote, pure,
protected bog in northern Canada. Treatments with Moor mud aid in
detoxification and support the body’s natural healing processes. Your
treatment begins with a uniquely clean exfoliating Moor Mud scrub, which
stimulates circulation while softening the skin. Your body is then
coated with therapeutic Moor Mud, and you are wrapped in a blanket for
warmth which aids the detoxification and penetration of the mud ingredients.
When the mud is removed and a moisturizing cream is applied, you will find
your skin is incredibly soft. Repeat the treatment regularly for
its healing effects.
Sedona Mud Body Mask (70 minutes) $ 100
This
iron-rich mud from the southwest will nourish and detoxify from head to
toe. This treatment begins with a brisk citrus exfoliation. Next,
warm Sedona mud is applied over your entire body. Wrapped in a blanket
to seal in heat, you relax for up to 30 minutes as the clay improves circulation
and draws out impurities without dehydrating. After the mud is removed,
the experience is completed by a light massage with a stimulating oil.
Dead Sea Salt Glow (50 minutes) $80
Journey
to the banks of the Dead Sea for a truly invigorating and moisturizing
body treatment. First, Dead Sea salts are mixed with fragrant massage
oil and worked over your body for the ultimate exfoliation experience. The
unique properties of this special combination will improve circulation
while exfoliating and softening heels, elbows, and any other dry or rough
areas of the body. To finish, the technician will massage an aromatic
oil into your skin, leaving you glowing and refreshed, and satiny smooth.

Far-Infrared Saunas heat in a way that penetrates
the body more efficiently to release toxins and provide relief and relaxation. The infrared
energy used can cause up to 2-3 times the sweat volume of a traditional
hot-air sauna while operating at a significantly cooler air temperature
range of 110F to 130F vs. 180F to 235F for hot-air saunas. This also
makes it much more comfortable to breathe during a session. Because
the infrared energy is not disbursed into the air, it is available to the
bodies that are sitting in the sauna. This type of energy penetrates
more deeply into the tissues - over 1.5 inches. This causes a heating effect
deeper into the muscular tissues and the internal organs. The body responds

The M’Lis Body Contour Program is like no other. Various
salt, seaweed, liquid herbal, body suit, and clay wraps release toxins
and water internally
to externally. These wraps produce inch loss primarily through
water loss, which often returns as you rehydrate your body. Many thigh
creams work by using aminophyllin, an asthma medication formulated to shrink
membranes. These also promote water loss, and introduce a chemical
into the body’s blood stream. The M’Lis wrap uses a niacin
and herbal formulation which works externally to internally. This
type of program aids in the removal of wastes that have become trapped
in the connective tissue, building cellulite. It is basically a cleansing
